Nathani Heights is a 72-story skyscraper in Mumbai. With a total height of 262 meters, it is among the 30 tallest buildings in the city. Construction began in 2012 and was completed in 2018.

For this project, Dextra supplied its renowned 巴特克 rebar coupler solution. 巴特克 is the leading rebar coupler solution in India, meeting all technical requirements, including those for seismic areas.

As with other high-rise buildings, rebar couplers were used for large-diameter rebar connections in vertical applications such as columns and core walls (bar-to-bar vertical connections).

Rebar couplers were also used for slab connections. In this case, the coupler was pre-positioned flush with the formwork, allowing the climbing formwork to progress upwards. After casting, a threaded rebar was simply screwed into the coupler to create the starter bar.
