One Za’abeel by Ithra Dubai is an iconic development that will set new standards and push the limits of design and engineering in Dubai. At its core is “The Link,” the world’s largest cantilever, which connects the two towers while offering breathtaking 360-degree views of the city.

This high-rise mixed-use development features luxury residences, an ultra-luxury hotel, serviced apartments, premium office spaces, a retail podium, and a panoramic sky concourse.

Dextra supplied over 400,000 บาร์เทค standard rebar couplers for the connection of rafts, columns, and slabs to core walls, as well as for temporary openings and starter bars.

Additionally, บาร์เทค weldable couplers were installed to connect the cantilever’s concrete structures.

Ithra Dubai expects to complete the full cladding of Tower A, Tower B, and The Link by the end of 2021, marking the completion of the exterior works for One Za’abeel. Interior construction and fittings will then proceed with greater focus.
