As part of Saudi Arabia’s ambitious NEOM development, the Port of NEOM project, also known as the “Oxagon Port Stage 1 & Stage 2,” is set to become the world’s largest floating industrial complex. Located on the Red Sea, the Port of NEOM is poised to revolutionize the region with its innovative design and focus on sustainable development.

Dextra has been selected by Six Construct Saudi and MBL (Oxagon Stage 1) and Saudi Archirodon (Oxagon Stage 2) to provide high-performance solutions for this vital infrastructure. We are supplying 7,800 tons of Marine Tie Bars in various sizes, all in Grade 500. These tie bars, paired with specialized accessories, are engineered for maximum durability and performance, essential for ensuring the 7.5 km long quay wall’s stability and longevity in the challenging marine conditions.

The Importance of Marine Tie Bars

The quay wall forms the backbone of the new port infrastructure, enabling vessel docking, cargo handling, and long-term maritime operations. Marine tie bars are critical to the structural integrity of this massive structure.

Dextra’s Marine Tie Bars, manufactured to the highest standards, are key to ensuring the required lifetime of the marine structure, offering long-lasting support and resilience.

A Partnership for the Future

Dextra’s involvement in the Port of NEOM project underscores our commitment to delivering cutting-edge engineering solutions for large-scale infrastructure developments worldwide. As Saudi Arabia progresses toward its Vision 2030, Dextra’s expertise and high-performance products are playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of this transformative region.

My Enso Lofts, Philippines

My Enso Lofts, Philippines

Dextra has played a key role in the construction of the My Enso Lofts condominium project in Quezon, Philippines, by supplying cutting-edge reinforcement solutions. For this high-rise development, Dextra provided Bartec rebar splicing systems for the raft foundation, columns, and core walls, ensuring robust structural integrity and efficient load transfer across these critical elements. Additionally, Dextra supplied Groutec S couplers for the precast shear wall and column connections. These couplers are designed for rapid assembly, which accelerated the construction timeline and enhanced the project’s overall structural stability. By delivering these innovative solutions, Dextra continues to support the construction of resilient and durable buildings in the Philippines, reinforcing their commitment to excellence in infrastructure projects worldwide.
