Etihad Rail is a 1,200-kilometer railway project that will be the first national freight and passenger railway network in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The railway project is expected to be a sustainable alternative for freight and passenger transportation throughout the Emirate’s urban and rural areas.
It is expected to carry approximately 16 million passengers and 50 million tons of cargo.

Groutec is now available for Allplan Precast!
Groutec is a mechanical splicing system designed for the connection of precast concrete elements. Three alternative models are available:
- Гроутек Л, a wide half-grouted sleeve with one threaded end.
- Гроутек С, a slim half-grouted sleeve with one threaded end, suitable for compact applications.
- Гроутек Ф, a new fully-grouted sleeve without any threaded end.
These solutions now come with BIM tools for Allplan Precast software, a 2D and 3D CAD software leader in the precast concrete industry, to facilitate the design and detailing of precast building structures by importing the components to the software.
