Petronas RAPID (Refinery And Petrochemical Integrated Development) is a large-scale petrochemical complex located in the southernmost part of Johor, Malaysia, across the sea from Singapore.

Commissioned in 2016, the RAPID development aims to increase local production capacity by 300,000 barrels per day, making it a strategic asset for the Malaysian peninsula.

For this project, Dextra supplied its バーテック system for the construction of precast pipe racks across the site. A total of 30,000 バーテック 頭付きバー were used to create horizontal anchoring points for pipe rack beams.

To support the project, a バーテック machine was installed directly on-site and commissioned by the Dextra team, ensuring efficient bar preparation and seamless integration into the construction process.
