La Línea 2B del Metro de Bombay es un proyecto de infraestructura vital diseñado para mejorar el transporte público en Bombay. Dextra ha contribuido al proyecto suministrando soluciones de construcción avanzadas para garantizar la durabilidad y resistencia de la estructura. Para las vigas en U de la sección elevada, Dextra proporcionó Barra CR 1080 Tanto para el tensado como para el pretensado. Además, barras totalmente roscadas Se suministraron para tensado temporal, ofreciendo conexiones flexibles y seguras entre Prefabricados segmentos. Dextra también entregó Unitec Acopladores que permiten conexiones eficientes de varillas de refuerzo sin necesidad de roscado previo, lo que garantiza una continuidad estructural sólida y sin fisuras en la obra. Además, Sonitec Se suministraron tubos de ensayo de CSL para la comprobación de la integridad de pilotes de hormigón. Con la aportación de estos materiales y soluciones avanzados, Dextra apoya el desarrollo de un sistema de metro fiable que satisfaga las crecientes necesidades de transporte de Mumbai en los próximos años.

El San’ao Nuclear Power Plant units 1 and 2, featuring advanced HPR1000 Hualong reactors, are key components of China’s strategy to expand its nuclear power capacity to meet growing energy needs and reduce carbon emissions.

Dextra has played a crucial role by supplying Griptec couplers for the anti-aircraft impact shell construction. Griptec is a reliable splicing system trusted by over ten nuclear reactors globally, known for its stringent quality standards and exceptional performance.

Griptec was delivered along with high-productivity bar end preparation equipment, which processes each bar end in 30-45 seconds, significantly enhancing efficiency. This equipment requires only a single operator, optimizing workforce utilization.

Additionally, Dextra is the first manufacturer of civil works construction products with an ISO 19443 certified quality management system for nuclear safety, underscoring their commitment to the highest safety and quality standards.

India’s Longest Sea Bridge

Unveiled for Public Journeys

The 22-km Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), connecting Mumbai with Navi Mumbai, features a 6-lane, 27-meter-wide highway with two emergency exit lanes. Recently opened this month, this sea bridge, the longest in India, aims to alleviate Greater Mumbai’s traffic congestion. Dextra’s contribution includes supplying 290,000 Bartec couplers for concrete structure reinforcement and 50,000 Sonitec sonic tubes for CSL testing in barrette piles.

Grand Inauguration of Dextra’s

State-of-the-Art Factory in India!

We are thrilled to announce the successful inauguration of our brand-new factory in Pune, Maharashtra, India!

Equipped with cutting-edge machinery, our 12,000 square-meter facility is now in full swing to meet the highest industry standards. We produce top-quality rebar couplers at double capacity, Sonitec tubes, and have introduced a new facility for manufacturing GFRP rebars. Additionally, it is equipped with an in-house testing laboratory and workspace for the repair and refurbishment of site equipment.

The factory boasts a comfortable working environment designed with the well-being of our incredible team in mind. Safety is our priority, and our new facility reflects our commitment to providing an outstanding workplace for our dedicated employees.
