Duba ISCC Green Power Plant 1 is a large power infrastructure project taking place in the North West of Saudi Arabia, on the Red Sea. The project, based on the ISCC technology (Integretad Solar Combined Cycle) is a combined Gas (500 MW) and Solar (additional 50MW) power generation plant.

For Duba Green Power Plant, Dextra supplied its Geotec Double Corrosion Protection (DCP) Permanent Steel ground anchors to prevent soil movement in the perimeter of the excavation.

For this project, Dextra provided a “factory grouting” service, meaning that the anchors arrived at the site as pre-grouted 12-meters segments, ready to re-connect via couplers and to install.

El proyecto Viaducto del Manglar es un proyecto de puente de 5,3 km que se extiende sobre la Ciénaga de la Virgen (pantano), al norte de la ciudad de Cartagena, Colombia. El proyecto tiene como objetivo reducir la congestión del tráfico en la salida de la ciudad por la Zona Norte.

For this project, Dextra supplied its Headed Bar systems, used into large prefabricated caissons, in order to reduce the reinforcement congestion. That application allow designers to lower the steel/concrete ratio in eleemnts. Headed Bars are also much easier to install, as they fit on straight bar that can be inserted in the case easily.

The Bar-Boljare Highway is a key infrastructure project in Montenegro led by the Ministry of Transportation and Maritime Affairs and built by China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC). The 2×2 lanes highway spans over 40km, in seismic environment.

iNGEROP, the consulting firm on the project, required the rebar couplers to comply with ISO 15835 requirements (cyclic requirements as per class S2). For that reason, CRBC chose Dextra Bartec® solution for reinforcement connection.

Four large diameter soft eyes have been installed in the diaphragm wall cages of the new Singapore MRT Marine Terrace Station during August 2017.

Los Soft-Eyes están hechos de barras de refuerzo de GFRP, que se utilizan para sustituir el refuerzo de acero en las paredes D de los pozos de construcción. Cuando la tuneladora (TBM) atraviesa las paredes D, corta fácilmente las barras de GFRP, lo que ahorra tiempo en el cronograma del proyecto y dinero en el uso del equipo.

The D-Walls installed on Terrace Station also feature Bartec® rebar couplers, a common application which allows for the horizontal re-connection of the station slabs.
