Groutec allow the swift connection of precast columns and panels, without the need of in situ joints, speeding up the construction project. The Forest City project is supported by the installation at site of several sets of bartec threading equipment, which prepare the bars with threads in order to perform the connection with the top part of the Groutec S sleeve.
