Ciel Tower is an 82-storey high-rise building under development in Dubai Marina. With a total height of 365 meters, the building is set to become the world’s tallest hotel upon its completion, scheduled in late 2023.

The tower is situated at the heart of the Marina, near popular attractions like the Marina Walk and the Marina Mall shopping and entertainment complex. It will house 1,042 luxury suites with a rooftop that hosts a pool bar, a restaurant, and an observation deck.

The structure is heavily inspired by the concept of vertical living, to maximize views of Palm Jumeirah, Blue Waters Island, Dubai Harbour and the Arabian Gulf.

Dextra has supplied 180,000 Bartec couplers for the connection and enhancement of rafts, columns to beams, slabs to core walls, core walls and starter bars.

Ciel Tower is a remarkable project that will become a new landmark and further enhance Dubai’s reputation as one of the world’s most popular touristic destinations.
