Post Tensioning Bar systems are highly customizable and versatile solutions allowing for multiple applications in bridge/viaduct construction.

Dextra has recently supplied customized PT bar systems for the reinforcement of precast girder segments used on the Bang Pa In – Saraburi – Nakhon Ratchasima highway in the North-East of Bangkok.

ال أنظمة ما بعد الشد, made of hot rolled deformed high-tensile bars (FT bars) Ø36mm, allow for the vertical reinforcement of the precast segments, with up to 14 sets per girder element.

Each bar will be jacked and put under the required tension from the top of each element while on the ground. After that the girder is lifted and installed in its final position.

Permanent corrosion protection will be achieved by filling a galvanized duct around the bar with grout.

The tower, whose construction started end of 2014, is expected to reach the height of 461 meters, a new height record in Vietnam. Landmark 81 will the 11th tallest tower building in the world.
For this project, Dextra is supplying its renowned بارتيك solution to contractor Coteccons. بارتيك rebar coupler solution has been approved by ARUP, owner’s representative consultant, and MACE International, structural consultant.

Dextra recently released an update of all its rebar coupler tools to upgrade to latest version of Tekla.

New Tekla version now allows clear visualization of threaded bar ends, allowing to see the extended threads for first phase rebar for example.

Management and employees from all offices of Dextra Group in Thailand attended an official ceremony, Dextra being host of Funeral prayers to “His Majesty The King Bhumibol Adulyadej, King Rama IX’s Royal remain” (who had passed away on the 13th October 2016), at “The Dusit Maha Prasart Throne Hall”, on Thursday the 25th of May 2017 at 17:00 hrs.

This official ceremony was presided by Mr. Jean-Marie Pithon, Group Chairman and CEO, Mr. Frederic Pagniez, Managing Director of Dextra Industry & Transport and Mr. Jean-Jacques Braun, Technical Director of تصنيع دكسترا, accompanied by a delegation of 47 employees from Dextra affiliates in Thailand.

The mourning ceremonies in Bangkok will continue to allow the people of Thailand to pay their respects to His Majesty The Late King at the Royal Palace, until the national cremation takes place on Thursday, the 26th October 2017. This day was proclaimed national holiday in Thailand.

The Champlain Bridge is one of the busiest bridges in Canada and plays an important economical role for its city as it is part of the main itinerary to the United States, accessible 60-km South.

This year again, Dextra lined up 2 teams of 12 runners at Peak24 race in Hong Kong! The teams were featuring a mix of Dextra Guangzhou and Dextra Hong Kong staff, pushing together their limits for the good cause and in an incredible atmosphere!

Peak 24 Race is a charity race aiming to raise awareness about slavery and human trafficking problem in the world, and especially in Asia. Funds raised by Peak24 will be donated to the 24 Hour Race, a Hong Kong-founded & international youth charity which inspires students in five countries to join the movement to eradicate modern slavery. The profits raised from us will directly benefit the expansion of the 24 Hour Race movement.

In the United Arab Emirates, Dextra recently delivered a new Oil and Gas project. Dextra tension rods have been used for the support of structure supporting very large liquid gas tanks.

For this application, Dextra engineered, manufactured and delivered bar assemblies based on Carbon Steel bars Gr.355 of diameter Ø120mm. Each شريط التوتر system is composed of two segments spliced at the lower half of the assembly. The system is mounted onto gusset plates thanks to their fork ends, which can be connected to the structure in just a few minutes by simply sliding in a pin in the middle of the fork.

For length adjustment and tightening, turnbuckes, positionned at the lower half of each tendon, are simply rotated to bring bar segments closer to each other and tension the overall system.

مترو الرياض هو مشروع ضخم لنظام النقل الحضري قيد الإنشاء في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. وسيضم المشروع 85 محطة، مبنية على 6 خطوط عبور، بطول إجمالي للسكك الحديدية يبلغ 176 كيلومترًا. ومن المتوقع أن يخدم النظام ما لا يقل عن مليون مسافر يوميًا عند افتتاحه في عام 2018.

بالنسبة لهذا المشروع الضخم للبنية التحتية، دكسترا الشرق الأوسط وقد شارك في مختلف المحطات والحزم.

أعمال الحفر

قبل الشروع في أعمال البناء العامة، خلال مرحلة الحفر المبكرة، يجب تثبيت الجدران الاستنادية مرة أخرى في الأرض المستقرة من أجل منع أي إزاحة للجدار. وهذا سيسمح بمواصلة الحفر في بيئة آمنة.

ولهذا الغرض، قامت شركة Dextra بتوريد الفولاذ المراسي الأرضية يتم تثبيتها من خلال الجدار الاستنادي. يعتمد كل نظام على شريط ملولب عالي الشد، يأتي مع صمولة ولوحة، ويتم حشوه لتوفير الترابط مع التربة.

اتصالات الطوافة والعمودية

مقرنات حديد التسليح بارتيك تم تجهيزها للعمل في المحطات. تم استخدام قارنات التوصيل للألواح والأعمدة والجدران. أحد التطبيقات النموذجية في هذا المشروع هو صب قارنات حديد التسليح في الخرسانة مع التسليح، ثم المضي قدمًا في توصيل شريط المرحلة الثانية في مرحلة لاحقة.

قارنات التوصيل المثبتة بمسامير يونيتك يمكن أيضًا استخدامها في أجزاء مختلفة من المشروع. عادة يونيتيك يتم استخدامه عندما يتم التخطيط للتداخل ولكن يبدو أن طول اللف قصير جدًا بحيث لا يمكن إجراء لصق آمن. في هذه الحالة، توفر شركة Unitec اتصالاً ملائمًا وكامل الأداء.

قامت شركة Dextra بتزويد المقاول الإيطالي التايلاندي بـ قضبان التوتر لدعم هيكل السقف لتوسعة BITEC، وهو مركز معارض ومؤتمرات رائد في وسط بانكوك. تم الانتهاء من التثبيت بنجاح في عام 2016!

في المجمل، قامت Dextra بتسليم 298 مجموعة بأقطار مختلفة، تتكون كل منها من قضبان متعددة متصلة بقارنات وشدادات دوارة ومثبتة بالهيكل بأطراف شوكة، مع إجمالي أطوال التجميع في العديد من الحالات يتجاوز طولها 50 مترًا (متوسط 33 مترًا).

لمثل هذه الهياكل الكبيرة، قضبان التوتر تقدم عددًا من المزايا مقارنةً بحلول "الشد" الأخرى: استطالة أقل تحت الأحمال، وقوى شد لاحقة أقل مطلوبة، ومقاومة أفضل للتآكل، وتقليل الاسترخاء على المدى الطويل، وتقليل تكاليف الصيانة والمراقبة.
