الفصل الأول | برج القانون الثاني is a premium residential project in the Opera District of Downtown Dubai.

The development consists of two towers: Act One (52 stories) and Act Two (46 stories).

For this exceptional residential project, Dextra was entrusted with reinforcing the buildings’ structures, including raft foundations, columns, slabs, and construction joints.

A total of 150,000 بارتيك rebar couplers, along with rebar preparation machines, were supplied to the construction site.

بارتيك rebar couplers accelerate construction by providing a faster and more efficient way of connecting rebars compared to the traditional lapping method.

The thread on the rebar can be extended from a half-coupler to a full-coupler length, allowing the connection to be completed without rotating the bar.
